Ruidoso Sewer Project Video Recording September 23 - 25, 2022

RUIDOSO, NM – September 16, 2022 – J. Aimone Associates, a subcontractor for AUI Inc., will be performing the required digital video recording for the Village of Ruidoso’s Hazard Mitigation phase in the Upper and Middle Canyon areas beginning Friday, September 23 through Sunday, September 25. Videotaping is required so there is documentation of the condition of residences and properties prior to the beginning of construction and before any trees are removed from the proposed project sites of the mitigation phase of the ongoing FEMA sewer line rehabilitation project. J. Aimone Associates will be on-site to videotape with voice description of the Rio Ruidoso, access routes, and construction limits to document existing utilities, existing drainage patterns, adjacent building structure, landscaping, private yards, gates, fences, and garden walls. The recording will be performed at all 7 project locations. This work will cause little to no disturbance. Before heavy construction begins, AUI Inc. will ensure that additional notification and public outreach will take place.

If you have any questions about the videotaping work, please contact Patti Watson, at 1-800-687-3417, 505-245-3134 direct office, 505-269-9691 cell, and email pattiw@cwastrategic.com.

Additional survey work and design work over the last few months resulted in minor adjustments in easements needed for the Restoration Phase and the Lift Station Phase. The Village will be following up with property owners this week to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
